Docentes de las 38 instituciones educativas oficiales de Bello, se encuentran por primera vez en 2022, en un espacio académico, cultural, recreativo y de bienestar.
La Secretaría de Educación de Bello, realizó una actividad, en el marco del Plan de Atención Integral al Maestro, en el que participaron 1 800 docentes y 120 directivos docentes oficiales con programas de promoción y prevención.
En programas de salud mental, la Secretaría de Educación de Bello ha sido pionera en el área metropolitana, con programas como Docentemente, talleres, retiros y encuentros, que permiten al docente momentos de trabajo personal para aplicarlo en sus aulas y contribuir con la sana convivencia laboral y escolar.
Luego de la pandemia por el Covid 19, las oficinas de Talento Humano enfocan sus esfuerzos en el bienestar del docente, debido a los cambios en las dinámicas laborales y sociales que trajo consigo la virtualidad, y acompañamiento en el aprendizaje de sus estudiantes.
En el 2022, se dio inicio a la presencialidad total en las instituciones educativas, lo que trajo para los docentes grandes cambios y retos en el ámbito laboral y en la salud mental.
